An online customizer shows a generic on-screen mockup. Our proof shows your exact artwork at the true size and legibility it will actually stamp at - and nothing goes into production until you've looked at it and approved it. That's the step that was missing everywhere else.
Then it gets fixed before anything is made - that's the point. If the layout, size, or orientation isn't right, you flag it on the proof, not after you're holding a stamp you can't use.
We're straight about this: the proof is the safeguard, so please check every line, size, and spelling before you approve. We don't offer a free re-do or refund on an approved design - your approval is the green light we build from.
After checkout, just reply to your order confirmation email with your file - PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG all work, and a clear photo or scan of hand-drawn art is fine too. You can also paste notes at checkout. We take it from there and come back with your proof.
Yes - a matching ink pad and ink come included, sized to your stamp. Pick your ink color - black, red or blue - above. Wipe the rubber die clean with a damp cloth between colors.
Your true-to-size proof lands within 1-2 business days of sending your artwork. Production starts only after you approve, and we confirm your delivery window together with the proof.
