Stamping is only worth doing if it is fast. A pre-inked die presses straight down — no flip, no pad to open, nothing to re-ink between impressions — so branding a stack of mailers is press, lift, next. That is the whole reason to pick this over a wooden stamp and a separate ink pad.
We adapt your logo so it actually stamps
Hairline strokes and small type fill in on any stamp. Send whatever you have — a logo file, a line of text, a photo of your signature — and we lay it out at the size you chose and send back a proof printed at 100% scale. If something will not hold at that size, we tell you then, while it can still be changed.
Where it works — and where it needs help
A pre-inked die releases ink under pressure, so it wants a firm, flat surface: cardstock, hang tags, envelopes, kraft mailers, tissue. Corrugated boxes and paper bags flex, and a flexing surface soaks up the pressure instead of taking the impression. Stamp boxes flat before you fold them, or slide a piece of board inside a bag first. We would rather tell you that now than let you find out on order fifty.

Most people shopping for a custom stamp are choosing between three things, whether or not anyone has named them.

If you want to switch ink colours, this is not the one — our Wooden Custom Logo Stamp takes any pad you like. If you want the flip mechanism and a replaceable cartridge, this is not that either.
How do I choose a size?
2.76 × 0.79 in (7 × 2 cm) suits a single line — a business name, a web address, a short message.
2.56 × 1.18 in (6.5 × 3 cm) and 2.95 × 1.38 in (7.5 × 3.5 cm) hold three or four lines comfortably. These are what we would suggest for an address.
3.15 × 1.97 in (8 × 5 cm) and 3.54 × 2.36 in (9 × 6 cm) are the largest in the range: a logo with several lines beside it, or a mark meant to read across a shipping box. Most online custom stamps stop around envelope-address size; these go past that.
What artwork stamps cleanly?
Send JPG, PNG, PSD, AI or CDR — a finished logo file, a line drawing, or a photograph of a handwritten signature all work. High-contrast black-and-white artwork reproduces best, at 300 dpi or as vector.
Gradients, drop shadows and low-contrast fills cannot be reproduced by a stamp at all — they come out as solid areas. Very fine hairlines and small type tend to fill in, more so at the smaller sizes. We flag anything that will not hold on your proof, rather than after production.
How do I get a clean impression?
Put the item on a flat, firm surface. Press straight down with even pressure and lift straight up — do not rock the stamp side to side, which prints one edge heavier than the other. Test on scrap paper before you stamp finished packaging.
How do I look after the die?
The die face is soft. Open the cap by its tab and keep fingernails off the face — a scratch there is permanent and cannot be re-cut. Keep the cap on between uses so the die does not dry out, the same way you would cap a marker.
Dust and paper fibre lift off with a dry tissue. Do not wash it. If you have looked up how to clean rubber stamps before, that advice is for a rubber die used with a separate pad — a pre-inked die holds its ink inside, and water or solvent pulls that ink straight back out.
What do we promise — and what don't we?
The proof exists so mistakes are caught before production. Read it carefully — every line, every size, every spelling — and approve only when it is right. We do not offer a free re-make or a refund on a design you have approved, so the proof is your moment to get it perfect. Anything we spot at the proof stage is fixed at no charge, and the first two rounds of changes you ask for are free; anything found after approval is not something we can cover.
Because each stamp is cut for your artwork, a customised stamp cannot be returned. If it arrives damaged or is not what you approved, send us your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.
We are a small team. Your stamp is made to order and ships from our studio in China: 3–5 days to make, then 8–12 days in transit. We would rather say that plainly here than have you work it out from a tracking number.

FAQs - pre-inked stamps
A pre-inked stamp holds its ink inside the impression surface itself, so no separate ink pad is needed. It presses straight down — there is no flip action — and it is the type usually chosen for detailed logos and artwork.
A self-inking stamp carries a replaceable ink pad inside its housing; the die flips over, strikes that pad, and flips back on every press. A pre-inked stamp has no pad at all — the ink is in the die. If you specifically want the flip mechanism and a replaceable cartridge, this is not that product.

It works best on flat, uncoated paper: cardstock, hang tags, envelopes, kraft mailers, tissue and business cards. We have not tested glossy or coated stock, plastic or metal, so we do not claim them.
No. There is nothing to buy alongside it — the ink is already inside the die when it reaches you.
When the impression starts to look light, put a few drops of refill ink made for pre-inked or flash stamps directly onto the face of the die, leave it about 15 minutes to absorb, then wipe off whatever is still on the surface and test on scrap paper. Add a little at a time — too much at once sits on the surface and smudges. Ordinary stamp-pad ink is not formulated to soak into the die.
